Supply Chain

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is critical to Trivium Packaging’s success. Our business converts raw materials into cans and components, and SCM acts like the conductor of an orchestra, managing the alignment of capacity and on-time material supply to customer demand. The team collaborates on sales forecasts, production planning and on raw material procurement. It is responsible for managing roughly 70 warehouses and all in- and outbound logistics.

SCM is an integral part of Trivium’s annual strategy review, to ensure we achieve an optimised production footprint and remain customer centric. The importance of the SCM team is reflected in its presence across all areas of the business, from management to plant level and in market / customer dedicated business units.
