Maintenance

The Maintenance team is responsible for the performance of production assets, focussing on reliability, cost-efficiency and sustainability. The team is a key player in the innovation, optimisation and renewal of assets. Our people cover a broad scope of technical know-how: reliability engineering, asset management, industrial automation and monitoring, tooling and revisions, engineering, power distribution, energy-supply, building and utilities.

We supervise the activities on site to be carried out within the framework of laws and regulations and the Safety, Health, and Environment requirements. Standardisation and knowledge management are important, and we develop and empower people so the team can deliver to the set targets.
