The Operational Support Group (OSG) supports Trivium’s manufacturing plants in some of the most stimulating technical and production process challenges. Our OSG and engineering experts have thorough know-how of production processes and oversee and drive Capital Investment projects to increase productivity and quality. OSG has a dual role as providing technical expertise and acting as a knowledge transfer centre. We continuously support our stakeholders with coaching, best practices and improvement plans.
