The Growth team is the engine of Trivium’s productivity, supporting the rest of the organisation to achieve above-market growth and help Trivium become the global leader in metal packaging. The culture here is results-driven, entrepreneurial, informal, and highly multicultural.
Growth at Trivium includes the following teams:
Our Strategy & Business Development team sets long-term strategy for Trivium and closely partners with our Research & Development and regional Sales teams to identify growth opportunities, work with customers to bring new products to market, and execute on top growth initiatives.
Our Global Key Accounts team manages Trivium’s relationship with our major global customers, and our Global Beverage Team manages this high-growth beverage for Trivium worldwide.
Our Commercial Excellence team works with our regional commercial teams on pricing and margin management, contracting excellence, and supporting capabilities like account management, sales pipeline management, and Sales Team enablement.
Our Global Deal Advisory team focuses on the most significant contracts, organic growth opportunities, and M&A opportunities.
